Moog springs/ koni str.t
I have factory replacement Moog springs.(292lbs) I'm trying to see if anyone has been able to use these with the supplied koni coil seat. If you were able to, what lower isalator did you use. It appears as if the Moog spring may be to fat. I can't get to my isolator on the decarbons.

I had this issue with koni strt and BMR springs. I used the original isolator and it does not want to fit into the cup. takes some forceful persuasion
but...I think the cup is too deep. My bmr springs squeak cause it rubs on the deep *** koni cup. Now I gotta pull it apart and I guess grind down the cup.

I ended up grinding down the isolator to fit in the Koni cup for my Strano springs. I used my bench grinder to do this while turning the isolator. I had initially installed without the isolator and it was clunky, so I dissembled my stock ones and ground 'em down. I don't thing you have to take too much off. I think I'd rather grind down the isolator rather than the cup.

I ordered them from summit. Back ordered till may 21. Should in wait or does anyone have them in stock. I can't even enjoy my car right now. Got new Moog bushings, ball joints and tie rods in. No since in getting an alignment till the new shocks are in. So I just can't drive it...

If you're thinking about using Moog springs with these, don't. They won't work. I have to cut the nut off my old rusted decararbon to use the old factory spring and hope it fits in the perch. Really hope its not perch on the koni shocks giving me hell.
After cutting the stock springs off the deecarbons I have determined they are exactly the same as the Moog...
