Default Anybody did CTS-V brake upgrade with C5 DD rims

Just wondering if anybody did this upgrade with the DD c5 18x9.5 rims.

If so, what kind of spacer did you use to make it work? Please show pics if you got them

Thank you

yes, you're going to need at least a 15mm spacer. i used an eibach spacer kit.

According to this post, it would work with out a spacer, but it would be extremely close. I'd still get one.

correct. oe wheels c5 deep dish. i had them powder coated black though.

i never ran this setup, as i changed to weld rts wheels before i finished the car, but the 15mm spacer was the minimum required imo. any less and i would think it would rub. even this barely cleared.

I imagine you had to change studs as well? I forgot you had those on the car first. I have 18x10.5's all around and I have been thinking about getting the ctsv front brakes and doing away with the abs box since its disabled anyway.

And they were 18x9.5, did you happen to weigh one?
