Default UMI Pan reloc kit and adj. panhard are hitting

I had a little bit of free time today so I installed my UMI panhard relocation kit and my BMR adjustable pahard rod. I followed the instructions, didnt tighten the panhard until the suspension was loaded and all that stuff.

When I set the car down I noticed that the upper and lower panhard rods are touching. My car is lowered with Eibach Pro kit springs.

I already know the reason it is hitting is because im lowered but do any companies make a kit to lower the axle side of the panhard rod?I tried a search and found a company that make something ofr $165 but I dont think I need to pay more for a couple peices of metal than I did for my panhard rod.

Any suggestions? I plan on going with Stranos and hopefully Konis soon but the car will sit for the next three weeks so it wont be driven on...I just dont want one of the panhard rods to break.

I do not know of any company that makes something like you are looking for, but I do have a question. Why do you need the relocation kit? By the mods in your sig., it does not appear that you need it. The easiest way to solve the problem would be to just remove it...

It appears that you mixed components from two different manufacturers. Maybe if you used a UMI panhard bar, it would clear their upper brace?

I need it because after the H/C swap I am about to do I am having 3" true duals installed and need the panhard relocation kit to clear them.

That could be that if I used a UMI rod it would clear but even that would only be less than an inch and would still hit on bumps.

Both of our panhard bars are the same diameter so I do not see that being an issue..

Jegs has one: http://www.jegs.com/i/Jegster/550/41055/10002/-1/754011|11319 but it has no brace

I made my own:

As you lower the panhard you will want a stiffer swaybar to compensate for the geometry change.

UPDATE: I ordered the kit from Jegs. It does come with a tube that can be welded on as a brace. Unfortunatly my truck is in AZ with my welder so I cant weld it in place but I did bolt the bracket in place.

For anyone who may need this...the bracket requires a bit of modification to fit in there, just some carefull grinding. And like I said I am going to weld it in place once I have my welder, also being as I used the 3rd hole down(4 positions are available) I am also going to add the brace.I will also try to put some pictures on or if you are interested PM me.

From what I could tell the brace that comes with the Jegs kit does weld to the axle...as for his setup I dont know.
