Default bad torque arm mount=bad vibration after 65?

ive got a bad vibration after 65mph in 4th 5th and 6th gear. my rims and tires are fine and are balanced. i looked at the torque arm bushing /mount and seems like its in bad shape, is this my problem? maybe pinion angle?

That would be the first thing to check. I have the same problem right now but i have my pinion set to a -1 total degree. Since im pretty certain that it isnt the pinion angle thats bad i took my driveshaft in to get the balance checked on it. Ill be getting it back monday so ill post results. Also is it just in 4th 5th and 6th or could you downshift to 3rd at 65 and see if it vibrates there too?

i only notice it in 5th and 6th at or above 65mph. it goes away under hard load/acceleration. idk what my pinion angle is at. when i had the 12 bolt installed i had 17's on the car now ive got 18's....im not sure how much that changes things.... the drive shaft being screwed up was another thought. my u-joints are both less than 2 years old. the one on the rear end side is a year old with like 3500 miles

The vibration you feel is probably due to the poly trans mount coupled with a 6-speed transmission.

I would make sure the pinion angle is correct. We have a pinion angle video on the front page of our website explaining the procedure.

Lee,

I have one of your Adj Tq arms, and I have been waiting to install it because I don't have the angle finder to set the pinion angle. Do you sell is separate, or can you tell me where I can get it? I have a small vibration at about the same speeds and I want to put on the new tq arm to see if it cures it as I think the stocker might be a little outta shape
