Default N/A Trans-Am Finally finished.... with pics

Have to give special props to G-Force Motorsports in Pearland and Erik @ HKE. All the guys went above and beyond helping me get this thing going and making sick power with average stuff.

Here is a link to the photo shoot today. Again, big thanks to Jay, Mikey, Robert, Greg, and Jonathan at G-Force, Erik Koenig at HKE and Tricky Ricky at NRC for making the Darts work well.

http://www.gforce-tx.com/gallery/F-Body/Ernies_T

The car made 556rwhp @ 7500 rpm through a t-400, 5200 PTC 8" converter and a 12-bolt with 4.11 and a 325 drag radial with a pump gas, hydraulic roller setup. What is the most impressive is the power curve.... nice and flat, not peaky at all. Props to everyone who helped make this project a success.

That car is sick, I saw it in person when it was still in the building stages. That hood is awesome!

Yeah I like the white T/A's.... you don't see a whole lot of them. Or atleast I haven't around here. LOL.

The motor is a HKE 429ci, 11.6 comp, Ricky at NRC did the Darts I had, hyd roller, super vic (I ported, may have hurt the numbers...hahahaha) and a 4500 tb. Cam is pretty big, but I cannot remember the numbers... Erik spec'd it especially for this combo.

Thumbs up

Looks very nice Ernie! I knew it would peak quite a bit higher with that manifold but it's even higher than I thought. Nice pictures as well and it looks awesome with your hood and cowl.

Thanks guys.

Hey 70Hemicuda.... was that you guys in Friendswood today? Sorry bout that, I thought you were egging me on. LOL.

Prostreet.... Ricky always makes rediculous power. It just goes to show, it's not necessarily about the flow numbers. These heads didn't set the world on fire simply because the casting is maxed out, but it still made excellent power.

Erik.... thank you for such great work and such a well thought-out combo. This thing is a beast and I love it. I am already thinking about doing something even nastier. LOL.
