Default Who is the BEST tuner in Norcal?
Car has an LS3, Holley Dominator EFI system, dual electronic TB's, and a TSP 231/236 cam.

Need someone who can tune the dual TB's

There is a ton of them around here but prefer someone who has used the Holley software before....

What set-up are you running? Holley is very easy to set up and tune. Newtech has worked on them before. I have Holley on a few cars but do my own tuning.

I've heard great things about Ryne, that being said that is quite the drive...

I'd go to Rick at Synergy or Billy at Force Fed Performance....
