Who's Running Kicker Solo's
#3
hmmmm..... I am not sure if you are talking about just Solobaric's in general or the Solo X subs. Anyways, here are some pics of my setup I am working on w/ 3 10" 2ohm L7's They are run off of two kx 600.1's (strapped together). The box is an entire mold of the t-top well (unsure of actual airspace because I got so excited once I finished that I just had to put the subs in to see what it sounded like). Anyways it has a ways to go but you will get the idea at least for the subs. Hope that gives you some ideas and good luck with your setup.

A 10" L7 solobaric requires .66 ft^3 of airspace volume which is almost exactly the same amount of airspace (.6-.7) a stealth enclosure has. I checked it before I built it to make sure what he was asking for was going to work.
I can see an L7 working for that type of music...especially the rap stuff ( I still listen to old school rap from time to time). L7's move a fair amount of air. I think you'd like it for what you are asking.

Solox requires allot of space and two times the power.
running a pair of 12s will move more air if that's what you want.
You can run two 15" L7s using subthump's deep box. You have to request the box, he doesn't offer it on the site with 15s. It meets the minimal requirements per sub.

I have 2 -10" L7's.......... only had one hooked up for the past year and it was plenty loud........ Just hooked the other one up along with it and its pretty astonishing. have them in 2 fiberglass boxes I made, one for each side of the hatch, sealed.
PS: Im giving them 1450W rms and they are loving it........... The guy with 3 10" L7's could use a little more amp to push the woofers to maximum efficiency.

12" L7 with MTX 801D amp and 1 farad cap. I tried to make it into one unit so it would be easy to take out for t-top storage. If I remember correctly I think the box is 1 cubic foot. Sounds awesome but im thinking of selling it and getting a 10" L7 and stealth box.
