It’s the definition of a sleeper. It honestly looks like a Colorado you’d buy from a government auction for $500. Yet, under the hood, lies a sleeping monster that loves to turn it’s tires into massive plumes of dense smoke.

So, if everyone seems to want the truck built, why hasn’t General Motors announced it’ll go into production?

Driving the Colorado is very easy, and I found navigating traffic and parking simple.

The 2015 Chevrolet Colorado has been making news lately. Chevrolet’s epic punking of the Super Bowl was one of the better commercials of the big game, and it’s hard to ignore Motor Trend’s Truck of the Year.

Chevrolet needs the 2015 Colorado to be more than just a case of good placement and timing. The automaker needs it to be the right truck. I had a week to determine if a crew cab Z71 model felt that way to me.

After checking out that awesome Cheyenne concept, I’ve been REALLY wanting an LSX powered Colorado. It’s not like it’d be as put together as the concept—that’d be like comparing a 3rd gen camaro to the new Z/28—but it would probably be more fun. Watch the Video on the Forum Here!
