Here are the links from a previous post. The Bussman panel is a very high quality piece and I would highly recommend for the do it yourselfers..

Here is a link to a pdf on the Bussman RTMR 15300 Series Fuse/Relay Panel. They can hold up to 5 micro relays and 10 fuses, come in bussed and unbussed versions and each circuit can handle a maximum of 35 amps.

Thanks Rocketrod. The relays are for the two main circuits. Ignition controlled circuits and the power train/transmission circuits. The fuel pump relay will be separate and mounted close to the in-tank fuel pump. I like the design of 15300 series relay fuse panels. Nice and compact. Thank you for turning me on to them.

Sounds very similar to how I am doing mine.

I am also going to put a Fused Power Relay Module in series with the main power feed under the hood. The relay has independently 60 amp fused circuits, one battery power and one ignition powered.

Rocketrod, one more question. What relays did you use with the Bussman 15300 series fuse/relay panel? I am getting ready to place an order and I want to make sure I get the right ones.

Looking at the pictures I can't quite tell about the foot print of the relays to make sure they fit the sockets. I am looking at the 15303-5-2-4 panel as I want the fuses to be bussed. Hopefully I can break them up into 7 fuses and 3 fuses bussed together using two relays.

UPDATE: I found the answer. You have to use the ISO 280 mini or micro relays. I might be in luck. It appears the factory E38ECM harness that I am using uses the ISO 280 system. If so that will save on connectors and make the conversion to the Bussman 15300 fuse block a walk in the park.

From talking to the engineer at Bussman pin 86 on ALL the relay circuits are connected in the bussed version. You can not have some bussed and some unbussed.

Draw up your wiring schematic first and see what you can do....I ended up going with the unbussed version. Also Waytek has extremely prompt shipping with very reasonable shipping prices. Good luck

I will have to have two relay/fuse blocks. One for the run/crank and the other for the power/trans. I was hoping to get away with just one but it won't work.

What won't work? Do you not have enough relays and/or fuses circuits in one panel?

Maybe it will work after I revisited my drawings one more time. I need one relay to control 5 fuses. I need the 2nd relay to control two fuses. I need two stand alone fuses hot all the time from B+. That is 9 fuses. I guess I need clarification on how to tie 5 fuses together to the normally open side of the relay in the Bussman style fuse/relay box. I guess one could loop wires in and out of the power side of the fuses and hook it to a relay. To bad you can't get buses made to length.

There are multiple ways of doing this. I installed a power relay module before the panel. This gives you to additional relays that also acts as a distribution block with output for constant and ignition power. I will tie into these outputs as needed for power to feed the fuse/relay panel and use butt splices to split the wire up for multiple circuits.

This hose may work, but I would have to cut quite a bit of it off. I have a flexible hose now that is 15" in length and it is about 2" too long. I may just order one and hope I can cut it down

Look at the Muscle Car Intake kits. They have a boot in option to include the maf. I didn't see anything listed for a gto, but maybe you can find something that, or buy the pieces yourself and make the panel to seal off the air filter.

I used the Airaid build your own kit and installed the MAF that way. Someday I do want to add in that panel to seal the airfilter off though. It never ends!

I checked out your thread and nice job on the air intake! I think I am goin to order the Spectre Muscle Car intake setup. I will they used plastic tubing, but it does have the panel to seal off the air filter. I just hope it works with my oversized radiator.

I also found a lower radiator hose that works with the stock thermostat housing. I'll post the part number later.
