My retirement project 1) 1973 Corvette coupe, original BB, 4 spd, AC, PS, PW
2) LS2 from '07 Vette, Tremec TKO 500 5 spd, Vette Brake & Products Performance Plus suspension and Rack Attack steering, plus much more.

Bought the car in March 07 and the motor in Feb 08 and finally started serious work in Jun 10.

2 lq4 swaps 1952 Pontiac Chieftain 2 door.
Swaping an I8 and dual range h-matic for a stock LQ4 with 4l80e.
Have engine/trans wiring installed, currently working on fuel system/cooling plumbing.
Road Race Setup Late Model Stock Car.
LQ4 Swap.
Goal is to have a reliable, 93 gas, low maintence, low $$$ racecar powerplant.
Just started...
Call me crazy, goal is to have it completed by the last weekend in Feb-2011.
Swaping an I8 and dual range h-matic for a stock LQ4 with 4l80e.

1995 Jeep YJ 5.3L/4L60E Here is my Jeep conversion. This is a daily driver. It uses the factory wiring and computer. It has A/C and even cruise control works! I used the Ford 8.8 axle from an 02 Explorer with disc brakes. Made my own SS exhaust. Took about a year to complete the project. I wasn't rushing it though. Any questions just ask. Hardest part by far was piecing the exhaust together.
It runs like a champ, drove it from Alabama to texas 5 times now with no issues at all. Actually it feels kinda like driving an 03 Silverado LOL.

my odd build i switched gears just a little bit and traded my 82 short wide for a 69 buick skylark..... 4 door lol. this oughta be interesting.... lq4 6.0 twin garrett gt35r turbos. heavily modified th350

I never cared much for that body style, but I'll have to make an exception here. That car is gorgeous and very well executed! After a few more "looks", I can imagine that Ford copped that front end for their Fox bodied cars 10 yrs later...
