ok i got a box of parts today!!!
holley power steering pump, bracket, reservoir, and idler pulley. all of it installed perfect except i had to slightly trim a bit off the inner piece of the reservoir mount on tank (because of supercharger, ill show in next video) not important

so all was installed except the PS pulley so i bought the puller tool and pulled the one off of the stock 2010 ss camaro ps pump it was (looked) perfect in size but once i installed it all the way onto the shaft it sat too far outward, too bad since it was small enough to clear everything (steering box and fittings)

SO who knows the exact pulley to use and a part number? i dont wanna go buy a CTSV pulley for 100 bucks if im not positive its the correct one. so basically i need one with less... offset ill call it.
like a wheel has.
too bad one didn't come with the holley pump!!!

and if you know the exact fittings to use to clear the pulley, in the steering box, please include those part numbers too thanks

Holley offers an alternate pulley and an extension fitting from Earl's to address your issue. I can post part numbers on Monday if you need them.

In order to validate that the pulley will work for your application, you'll need to tell me the max diameter that will fit in your defined space. Is your Regal equipped with the standard 605 box?

Yes it is the standard 605 box I'm
Pretty sure as it's just a base 305cu Buick Regal
That other pulley
(oem 2010 Camaro ss) measured
6-inches-3/16ths across plus or Minus a 16th and it looked to be a great fit if only it wasn't

so far outward so I think something close to that would work!!

The ps pulley sticking forward too far!!

Stock 2010 Camaro ss power steering pulley diameter

She's coming along

The tiny little corner I had to trim to be able to install and remove the Holley resivoir with the bracket installed due to throttle body being on opposite side as oem

I thought the Hooker accessory drive is designed to use the Corvette C5 PS pulley in a G-body.
The VIN will tell you what engine your Regal originally came with.

Your steering box is the quick ratio 700 series box as was factory installed on the Turbo Regal, Monte Carlo SS and Grand National performance model G-bodies. I'll measure the diameter of the Holley pulley on Monday morning for you.

That's correct, the Holley alt/PS bracket is designed to use the Corvette pump/pulley; some applications will require the use of a smaller diameter pulley for clearance around components.

I need to rephrase that and say it's a 700 box and MAY be a quick ratio box like what is used in the cars mentioned as factory equipment. Someone may have swapped that box into your car at some point, so I can't say for sure that it is a quick ratio box or not. Either way, it's a 700 box and not a 605.

Hey James, the pulley that comes with the Holley PS pump is 6.75" in diameter and the optional pulley has a diameter of 5.75" There is also an Earl's fitting made especially to clear the pulley...I don't know the part numbers for these parts off-hand, but you should be able to pull them off of the Holley website easily enough.

I had the rad support made on the car. It actually is the entire front nose. So, I can remove the nose without taking body parts off. Kinda like a race car, but much more of a pain in the *** since things don't just Zeus on and off lol

ok so this optional 5.75 pulley will sit out at the right spacing so all the pulleys align? 6.75 is way too big so i need the small one. ill look for the part numbers
also does anyone know how hard it is to find the right length serpentine belt? or is it simply as easy as measuring the length u need and ordering one that length? all these different size pulleys etc is gonna change my original length
