Default Bone stock GSXR 600 - Track Rental Results with vid!

This was my first day ever at a track with a bike. I've owned it for four months and it's my first bike. It's a BONE stock 2007 GSXR 600 down to the filter. Stock height, stock length, no strapping, stock tires, no burnout necessary. I've changed nothing on this bike except the license plate bracket. I even had the little tool kit in the "trunk".

ET: 11.1
MPH: 126.6
60': 1.8

The DA was 1537 on this pass, so nothing special. More seat time alone could net me a 10.9 on it, nevermind taking it to a faster track like Atco with a better DA, but I'm happy as hell with these times for my first day ever at the track with a bike.

Watch in 720p! Notice how you can't even hear my bike. lol

had a buddy run a 100% stock cbr 600 11.00 about 3 times one night at 127-128...I believe it was a 2006 or 2007

high 10s can be had pretty easy with a good slip off the line...

I mean I ran my junk 95 zx6r to an 11.3 at 120mph back 4 years ago...

go get that 10 sec slip

Yeah, I see no reason why I won't go 10's on this bike with more seat time, especially in a better DA. I do think I surprised a lot of people, though, considering this was my first time at a track with a bike and I've only been riding for 4 months. Need more practice!

I would kill for a 1500 DA...Here in vegas we rarely see less than 2500

That sucks. Last time I was at Atco in December the DA was -2,500. Talk about track mod. Wish I lived closer to that track...

At LVD, I've seen anywhere from 0 to 3,000 depending on the weather and time of year. 1,500 isn't too bad for practicing, but if you really want to see decent slips there, you've gotta get there when it's under 1,000, which doesn't happen too often.

Yeah I wonder what my 13.54 would have been at -2,500!! not to mention if my 2.15 60' was down to 1.9 or 1.8

Looks like fun. Nice times man.

I know of a few bolt-on cars that would stay with you from a roll though .

600's are good for high 10's or a little better w/ a good rider but u need to slip the **** out of the clutch.

not bad at all for first times. Back in 07 i did a few small mods to an 03 600 and with a 150lbs suited rider it went 6.54 in the 8th with a 1.59 60'. I have a 05 1k i play with an its been 6.06 @ 119mph in the 8th. Seat time is the key to getting faster. lower it and strap the front end...then try +1 gearing on the front. i have rode an 08 600 thats been lowerd, strapped and geared and went 6.77@ 105 in the 8th..just have fun and be safe. posted a pic of the two timeslips from the 03 600 and the 05 1k. also pic of each bike. also posted a vid of the 6.0 pass on the 1k.

Those must be some quite fast bolt-on cars considering he walks my car hard from 40 mph!

Yeah I was being sarcastic. I was attempting to poke fun at some other members who have posted up about beating bikes with their bolt-on cars. I saw the video of you and your bro going at it and I know what bikes are capable of.

Gotcha. I figured you were referring to a bolt-on C6 Z06 or something like that as I think it would be possible in that case
