STD is what TSP's print off's were. SAE's were estimated by them between 403-407

TSP custom 231/237 .595"/.595" 112+2, 110 IC

95*F ambient, 6 speed, 10 bolt, jet hot LTs + ory, LS6 intake, lid, through an SLP 2 on the left

that's +45 hp over the baseline on the same dyno, which was taken in cold january air...

a 1998 Z28 vert A4 lid,holley air filter,Bo White TB,TB bypass,LS6 mani,LT and 3" Y,3" DMH cut out before the stock muffler,918`s tr224 563 563 114 , hand ported stock 806 heads by a local shop (didn`t gain me anything),3.42,Tuned.

tuner said it was locked.

and in another dyno untuned it did 321 hp 316 tq without the :
Holley air filter,Bo White TB , TB Bypass,3" cutout,3" Y Pipe

then after installing them did 353 hp 353 tq on the same dyno.

(since the ported heads didn`t give me thought I`ll post it here as an update and for fellow LS1r`s to benifit from this)

thanks! 380 seems weak these days, but like i said above i gained almost 50 rwhp. if i had made the cam only pulls in january (like my baseline) it might be more like 60.

i'm happy though. it's nice when stuff works better than advertised

Car is very streetable, idles well at 1000RPM's. Pulls from about 2700-6100 with 2.73 gears. Has a very slight lobe to idle, enough to know car is cammed but nothing irritating. Car is loud with my exhaust though, I recommend leaving cats on.

Default i went 413/393

i made great numbers with a stock longblock LS1 with 106k. boltons include pacesetter headers, LS6 intake, 3 inch true duals, UD pulley, lid, and a K&N. cam is a comp XR281HR grind with a 228/230 .571/.573 and a 112 lsa. through a six speed and 3.42s/

I have a custom TSP cam.

228/232 .588/.595 110+4

The drivabiltiy is great, with this cam you will want to get a set of 4.10's.

The car starts to pull at 2800 RPMs all the way till 6500 RPMs.

Before Cam: 331 RWHP / 340 RWTQ

After Cam: 404 RWHP / 375 RWTQ

SAE Corrected: 415 RWHP / 378 RWTQ

I made 387/365 on a mustang dyno with a 228/232 110+1 xer lobed. Hit a 12.9@115 with shot o2 sensors and 2.1 60ft.

Mine put down 403 RWHP at 6200 RPM and 379 RWTQ at 4900 RPM when dyno-tuned this week on a Mustang dyno. Idle is good now that it is bumped up a couple hundred RPM. Had 300+ torque from 2500 on. I had Comp do a custom 224/228 110 LSA +2 deg. advance XE-R lobe (.581/.588) grind for me, then I got a tuner who knows his business.
