built my radiator expansion tank using some scrap tube and plate. Just had to buy the cap fitting and bungs...

what do your neighbors think about this whole project happening in your garage? or is it a shop? mine think im f-ing nuts, especially since i work on it all night instead of during the day.

I live in a very rural area....sometimes nice to live on 2+ acres

started on the exhaust system...

there will be a matching one on the passenger side

Use a sharpie to follow the fender curve and mark the exhaust tube and use a 60 grit sanding wheel in your 4 1/2" grinder to get it to match the fender curve to a T. Looks awesome!

ok dumb question. how does the exhaust work with the lift off front section. Will the finders pull out to the side enough to bypass the pipe?

worked for a few hours...got the driverside almost done...just need to make a Y at the turbo and make the connection...
