If anyone is interested in a repairable RHS std deck block...let me know. Block is filled and requires cooling system modifications...set up for race application.

I'm looking for $1000 + ship ...this price is FIRM.

specifically, the only problem is the base of the bores got beat up when the piston disintegrated. Needs #1 and #2 sleeves removed, some welding on the base of the bores, re machine the bores and install new liners. would most likely need a custom liner though since RHS doesn't offer an oversize liner for the block...shawn is supposed to snap some pics...

estimate was about 2K to fix:
cut out liners 1 & 2
weld up cylinder base damage
machine for new liners
install liners 1 & 2
line bore mains (if block warps)
line bore cam (if block warps)
roller cam bearings (if line boring required)

could have a top notch block for ~3K investment

the engine will remain a 427. We are experimenting with some new turbo stuff. We'll have some stuff nailed down by the time this comes back out.

Let not your heart be troubled. It takes a whole lot more than the internet to get me all pissy and dillweeded out. Just figured I'd harass you a little. No harm no foul.
