Seats look good!! Ive seen em powder coated instead of the cover, it was looking super nice in gloss! Im thinking of doin this... saves weight too!! LOL!!

about them wheels...... have you seen the Black one’s “Weld” do? They are all black except a little line around every hole. Just like 1/4 inch lip. It makes ALL the difference in the wheel. Instead of looking like a big glob of black.... they look super nice!! They not even that expensive depending on how much you paid for these and could sell em back off andmake a buck maybe. Cuz im thinking powdercoating is about gonna bring this to about even......

Anyway, check em out for yourself, if for nothing more than the coating idea;

I like black, and I hate polishing wheels which 325 tire are you looking at? the 14" wide wheel wont be too wide? i'm looking at the QTP 33x22.5-15

I am going to trial mount one of these wheels, see how I like the look, and then if I'm happy I'll 'coat them a matte/flat black. Then mount 325-50-15 DR.

LOL I can do that but I'm trying to lift up the look of the car, make it look sharp as opposed to thrown together.. know what I mean?

Car is cool enough being a first gen Camaro! As long as it’s fast it can be 10 different colors!

You sticking with the Yellow John? If so the polish wheels gets my vote. If painting that new Escalade dark gray with black wheels would look soooooooo baller

Color might stay due to my next priority being a forged bottom end.

12.18

Rear 15x14 Draglites that I picked up are out for powdercoating, matte black. Mounting 325s on them.

Computer board shipped, should be here Thursday.

I started the brake lines, the easy stuff. I have the Motion kit. I also ordered a Wilwood bracket.

Contemplating buying some used fronts from a buddy.

Bought a Glasstek bolt-on trunk lid from a buddy, sold my stock lid and spoiler. Should drop at least 25 lbs.

@Slammed silverado .

I had a used set of 15x14 Draglite powdercoated matte black, they look pretty cool. I got the idea from your car, with the black Convo Pros.

Now I'm wondering, so I get a set of matching fronts.....

Could use those nice Nuts from Champion or Racecraft (many others) they are cheap and would be nice on the black wheels to break em up a bit.

Im getting the black / Machined ones already have fronts in 1/2 in.

Studs I dunno to be honest, doubt they are 5/8 that's what I would upgrade to.

You would know if they are 5/8" with those Welds. The studs would just barely fit through the holes and you couldn't get a shank lugnut on there. I have 5/8" on mine with the same wheels.

Yeah good point.

I'm going to do AN fittings on my radiator and water pump.

-16 or -20?

I'm doing it for safety.
