Too bad you that you didn't just start with a home made set up, can make a decent log using the runner section of another driver's side manifold. Oh well, live and learn I guess. Once you have it running again what's the plan for tuning?

yeh and my buddy who's doing it for me told me from the start that he would make it but I was trusting to tuner so I went with it. Oh yeh tho like you said, live n learn. lve always had imports and always used 1 particularly guy with those and i may see if hes an option, theres actually a few guys ive talked too. Or i may just go the pat g way. I'm redoing a few other things on the truck today while I'm waiting on the manifolds. A few things I feel I could of done a better job on

Looking at the pictures it seems that the @Summitracing stainless cast manifold would work very nicely for this application.

I'll keep that in mind, I should be ok now though, I've already gotta a stock camaro manifold modified for the drivers side which was just a matter of welding on a v band and the passenger side we completely remade into what you see in the most recent picture. The runners have plenty space and I can put factory wires on it now so I should be ok

Manifolds are on, didn't hit anything on the truck so far, limited with time & light, considering I can only work on it after work. Tomorrow I'll get the down pipe, turbo, and exhaust hooked back up hopefully, if not everything definitely by the following day and I'll take if for a spin and make sure there's no misfire and then to get it tuned again. Hopefully this time RIGHT. I'll take pictures once I bolt everything else on

Much better! That blue wire looks like its still touching the manifold flange, might burn there.

Thanks man, it's not touching. The angle I took the picture makes it look that way. I was in the fender well trying to pull the plastic back and take a picture at the same time so I really couldn't get a good picture

Slide those sleeves down over the boot down to the plug and run it.

So I got it all together last night and took it for a spin, I did notice the hesitation but I don't see the plugs arcing or anything like that. I checked at night and all that seems ok. I did notice my check engine light was now on and which it wasn't before and it pulled PO122 & PO103. So tonight I'll check the voltage on the tps sensor and make sure it hasn't gone bad on me and the maf code is a bit confusing when the truck is tuned on speed density. I'm also going to take an air compressor and put a little air into my hobbs switch and make sure my second fuel pump is coming on.
