Projected horsepower
So I got it all together last night and took it for a spin, I did notice the hesitation but I don't see the plugs arcing or anything like that. I checked at night and all that seems ok. I did notice my check engine light was now on and which it wasn't before and it pulled PO122 & PO103. So tonight I'll check the voltage on the tps sensor and make sure it hasn't gone bad on me and the maf code is a bit confusing when the truck is tuned on speed density. I'm also going to take an air compressor and put a little air into my hobbs switch and make sure my second fuel pump is coming on.

The MAF code is necessary in order to fail back to speed density, but he should not have left it turning on the MIL light. He has a couple of other MAF codes set to no mil light, but not that one. Unless the tune has been changed since the one you posted. In that case, the TPS code would set the MIL light anyway.

102mm and the sensor was fine before. I didn't have a check engine light at all before. Unless it possible went bad in that time frame.
Seems unlikely it just died in that window. I guess it's possible. It may be worth swapping sensors to verify, but it is possible that the tune is the culprit now that other issues are being sorted out.

I'll check it tonight with a meter and see if everything is reading OK on it. Seems unlikely to me as well but ill check. Never imagined I'd be working all these bugs out my truck. It ran excellent b4
Such is the boosted life lol. Once you sort all of the bugs out it'll totally be worth it. Some of your issues were self inflicted but that's pretty typical lol.

I most definitely keep a few wrenches behind the seat, i drove mine 11 hours last year when it was still setup for nitrous but i didn't have any issues. That's why I say I know the truck runs good, I just have to get out the bugs worked out from putting the turbo on it.
You are thinking backwards. He is SD only, not MAF only. This means the MAF has to be failed. The code has to be set, but his tuner should have unchecked MIL light for it.

I'll definitely mention that when I get it tuned again, and I put a meter on the tps sensor last night and got my plus 5v and when I checked the other wite the voltage went up and down when I rolled the throttle up and it down the voltage went up and down and ground was good as well.

Ready to blow this damn thing up, it's hesitating all the way down the road and now even running hot, water overflowing out the reservoir. This thing is giving me hell man. I pulled the plugs and the look good, checked fuel pressure
You need to log the truck when driving. Get the front end in the air and put an Lisle radiator overflow on it and let it idle for awhile with the heat on and try to burp the system. Get an IR gun on the header primaries if you can and make sure it's firing on all 8. Many simple things and you may have a tune issue or multiple things going on.

it bubbles its alot out the cap, i put a bottle upside down with the bottom cut out and let it run like that but it seems like it continues to bubble, brand new head gaskets, water pump maybe 2 months old and thermostat is good, I checked it in boiling water
