Projected horsepower
*tomorrow pull head and go to O'Reilly and exchange entire driver's side. Its actually coming from #1 cylinder. You can hear it with the stethoscope, but im going to replace that entire side.
*Friday ill put everything back together
*Saturday im going back to my tuners and were going to do the exhaust, the flex joints on the down pipe are leaking as well so were going to fix that also. You could hear it when we put the truck on the dyno. I have a video but i dont know how to upload it from my phone. Also he wants to but some more brackets for my intercooler so we will probably do that too, he also wants to get rid of any couplings on my truck and put the quick releases clamps, we may not make it that far though, we will see how time favors us.
1 & 3 lifters are damn near falling out the trays, this is where the noise was coming from.
5&7 still pretty snug, didn’t hear any noise from these cylinders. Im still going to change all 4

Got the exhaust back under the truck, tieing the 3 inch to the 4 inch fender exit was interesting to watch. I made an attempt but it was kicking my butt so my tuner stepped in and made it happen. He pie cut a few pieces with this big band saw looking thing that you bolt the pipe down too and set your degrees. That tool made it happen and of course he welded everything. Im just waiting on the paint on the wrap to dry and the cut off is remote activation. I just kept it that way, the only thing I changed on it is its made to hook up to the cigarette lighter. I didnt want to do that so I just ground it and gave it key 12v.
As for videos I think the easiest way is to upload them to YouTube then throw the link to said video here
Regardless, thanks for keeping this thread going. It’s good to watch you overcome all the crazy challenges you’ve encountered. Gives hope to everyone else building a ride.

I'm gaining the same experience with my current project, learning where all the wiring goes, removing some, adding others.
But it's all good because I'm getting to know the car better and better.
