Well, everything has been done. will upload some more pics later tomorrow. I decided not to move the reference to the intake manifold as I have yet to dyno the way she sits and I Want to know what the Intercooler gained me along with upping the boost by the .5psi that it ended up being after the loss from the IC (and change from 5psi spring to 7psi spring) I will then reference it to the manifold and finish some other mods.

Man do I Wish I had done Koni Shocks as my first ever mod. the car hooks up way better and handles better! It was very surprising on how just the shocks made this huge difference on the stock springs. I also did my torque arm and I Believe that also helped with traction and loading.

but I have implemented pretty much a dump and turn down off of the turbo. Will post a picture by sunday

I've been running the one from summit for 80 bucks and it fit nice and tight and is holding up good so far. I've only had it on for a couple of weeks though. It must be working because I can hear the turbo alot more under normal driving witch means to me the turbo is hotter thus easier to make boost.

Connecting long paths to the wastegate, as long as they don't restrict it any is fine, but once a restriction happens you get less control of your WG and pressures
I had a friend at checker that gave me a really good hook up on the "blanket" of heat shield they sell there, its like 4 feet by 5 or something, and made my own turbo blanket, I'll have to post up pics. I made it like 4 layers thick.
Verdict: AWESOME!!! One thing I hated about my rear mount was that after shutting it off and say walking into a store, the turbo would cool and I hated the way the car would run after starting it up and driving it off again till I got some heat built up again. That issue is all most gone all together. Spool time difference was NOTICEABLE. Hits a lot harder now as well. It might sound over kill maybe using this stuff where the exhaust flanges line up may hold more heat in lol!
Id recommend one to all the guys running rear mounts, or just have it coated, this however was way easy to do.

So far pictures of my exhaust.....
I will eventually have my tips back on, haven't quite had the time to do so. All it will take is a few hours of welding, sanding, painting and cleaning and its all done.
Then my new front bird
This is all thanks to my dad as he ordered a new front bird and did all the cutting and painting....we won't even go into how many hours were put into it.

By the way, the Turbowerx Exa-Pump that I purchased is WAAAAAAAY quieter then the STS pump.
You know how you replace your fuel pump with say the Racetronix kit (255) , and you can then hear the hum of it.... WELL, the exa pump is just ever so slightly louder than it.
Also, whoever will be in Charlotte, NC this upcoming weekend and knows about the Food Lion Autofair April 4th and 5th, I will be showing with Triad Fbody. Saturday we are under the grand stands I believe, and Sunday we are down in the grass on Pit road area.

Hey man. The car was looking awesome at the Auto Fair yesterday. Thanks for giving me a ride. I can't wait to get my kit on. That whistle is Bad-A. I can't wait to see what you get when you dyno it with the 9 lb. spring. I want another ride after that!

I think I'm going to dyno towards the end of this April or beginning of May. There is a Dyno Day May 2nd at Pro Dyno, we can talk and maybe meet there and see what is going on, I may have some other friends also going to it.
