I got the mice out by removing these 2 pieces on the hood (pic below) and vacuuming those suckers out. My question is....does anyone know the adhesive used to put these pieces back on? I don't believe it was any kind of glue.

I think a big mouse got in thru the underside of the hood thru the air openings and had babies then left. I counted 3 dead baby mice. They had put a bunch of other **** in there too, like leaves and stuff.
sidenote: after this happened I heard that if you put a bar of irish spring soap in your hood it keeps them out. Good for people that store their car for the winter.

Haha, just a couple weeks ago when I took my car out of storage I noticed a peculiar hole in the nice new car cover I had just bought for the car before storing it. The hole was located about center of the hood but a little closer up towards the windshield. Almost certainly created by a mouse. Car is in the country, and those country mice are friggin' nuts!
I had one make a nest in the air breather of my snowmachine once too. It had used deer hair (was in hunting season so must have found a bit of carcass somewhere)-try picking that **** out of your air filter. NOT HAPPY! LOL. Now I live in the city but my car still gets stored in the country
