Default WHAT window problem is this? (pictures)

Motor going out, window off track, fiber glass stripping? The window goes up fine, how ever seems to not seal completely as you can see.

Will it go up all the way if you pull up on it while pressing the "up" switch...?

It will but only while i have my hand pulling up. It wont stay locked up, 100% completely at all.... it'll fall back to that position.

looks like youve got a failing window regulator..id start with taking the door panel off and make sure the regulator is secured and the fiberglass on the door isnt ovaled out (not common)

Odds are that its worse than a regulator. You have to take the door apart to figure out and hope that it isn't this:

Most likely the mounting points for the regulator in the door are fubar'd.

Your window tracks are loose OR the mount that rides in the track is loose...
