New Edelbrock LSx Intake Manifold at SEMA, claiming much more power than FAST

Quick note, but if the intake was designed largely for the LSx swap crowd, then don't get too bashy on the fact that it might not fit a 4th gen.
I'n curious to see how it goes. There's plenty of room for a few strong performers, and right now the FAST 90/92 stuff with some porting is the king of the roost for 4th applications that don't require any cowl modifications.

they did a test in CHP magazine and picked up 36hp over a ls6 manifold but only 3lb-ft of torque (with 90mm TB also)
same issue they changed out a carbed ls1 (doesnt say which manifold) and replaced it with a fast 92 and 92mm TB and picked up 22hp and14lb-ft of torque

It will be a while before I could pull it off but how about I do this? - I'm assembling a heads and cam LS2 for the 427 Cobra replica I've got on the way. Right now there's a 92mm FAST manifold with a 92mm cable driven throttle body on it. I'm gonna use FAST fuel rails and 42 lb/hr injectors fired off by a LS1 computer. By looking at the pics and measurements, the Eddy manifold should easily fit under the Cobra's lid. I can set up it all up and get it dyno tuned with the FAST combo first. We'll see what it puts down. Once I verify the Eddy manifold will fit, I'll order one and swap it, head to the dyno shop and re-pull.
We'll see back-to-back just how well it stacks up against the FAST, even if it won't fit under the hood of a 4th gen.

Has anyone used this intake yet? It has a nice look to it. (in black) But 30hp over an ls6 intake seems far fetched. It also requires aftermarket fuel rails... It'll probably do well with a procharger.

Not quite that much....some solid motor mounts, a .5" k-member drop and a little hacking and this intake may have a chance for everyone. No way to tell until someone gets one and tries it though so only time will tell. If I have the spare money at the time I'll definitely do it cause I'm all about the customizing

maybe to you but not everyone shares the same view...it would be a great intake for a drag car w/ a procharger or other centri superchargers...it also would be great for NA road racers....to each his own
Like Alchemist keeps pointing out and it seems no one understands....re-engineering and customizing is what makes hotrodding what it is...plus its half the fun anyways
