Cam only you may be able to get away with stock injectors. Add some good flowing heads and chances are you'll need some bigger ones.
Whether you need bigger injectors or not is determined by injector duty cycle. You don't want your injector duty cycle maxing out ir coming close to maxing out. Anything over 80% and you should consider bigger flowing injectors.
Your tuner will be able to tell you what the duty cycle is at. A lot of times it's better to upgrade to bigger injectors before getting tuned, otherwise your tuner may have to charge you again to get it re tuned

well right now i plan on going with an ls6 intake and some ported 243 heads with either of those cams would those mods justify getting bigger injectors with either of those cams?

I would up grade, I maxed out my stock injectors with a cam, 243s and intake. Since you already will have to tune the car, there isnt no point in tunning it two times because you findout your stocks are not workingfor you, save money in the long run!

I'm obviously a little bias but I would definitely go with the v3. The cam paired up well with my 243's and actually has some street manners!

WARNING- DO NoT EVEN START THE CAR WHEN uSINg LARGeR INJECTORS WITHOUT A TUNE...
Cam only and I was at 105 duty cycles at 5800 rpms. I got racetronic 42lb injectors. My tuner let me put them in real quik when the car was sitting on the dyno.
