That's actually not a bad idea. Ya, we might be up for that. Let me check what eta would be on using our existing design 1 3/4", and just converting the tubing to 1 7/8". Might be faster that way then the normal 3 month it takes to get a prototype. Usually its about a 5-6 month process. 3 months for prototype, and 2-3 months for build/arrival time. That's if they fit etc the first go around.

Would you be able to provide a rough ETA for the truck headers to hit the market? Specifically 03 2wd.
I'm looking for an inexpensive long tube and Y pipe combo that I can install my own cats into.
Thanks

Believe it or not over the years the 1 7/8" have always sold much slower than the 1 3/4". That was one of the reasons we went 1 3/4" first. Will have to look further into it before any decisions are made.
Justhereforinfo: The truck headers are still around 5-6 months out. The prototype got delayed due to Chinese New Year.
Thanks

Looks like they fit good! I cant wait to get mine on! I have to wait a few more weeks for it to warm up here.
I figure these should really wake up the Borla cat back I have on there now.

Excellent . . . It's great being able to buy high-quality items at reasonable prices !
Compared to Kooks, where a set of long-tube headers costs almost $1000 and their true-dual system is about $1800 +/-, it will be great to be able to buy a complete setup ( headers and true-duals - Stainless ) for about $600-$700, if your pricing structure compared to them remains the same !

Guess it's my fault for not reading the whole thread before ordering or I would have ordered the revised set for sure. I bought these because they were cheap and there is a chance I will have to tweak whatever header I use because it's a custom setup so buying an expensive set wouldn't make sense. Did not know the 02 bung would be so screwed up. It's inside the header and the bevel that would normally be welded flush on the outside of the header is crooked inside the header making it even worse. The only fix I see is to break out the die grinder and grind about half of it away and put some washers on the 02 before I screw it in.
The old saying rings true..... You get what you pay for when dealing with companies selling cheap Chinese parts.

LLLosingit: Thanks for the comments about leaving negitive feedback on ebay and commenting about not ever sending anyone our way because of the bung being to far in. :/ I set you another message on ebay about exchanging them for the new batch if your interested.
