Pretty cool info...i like how boundries keep gettn pushed. Hope we can see a literal b4 and aftr comparison, but id imagine theres way to many variables for a definitive gain?!?! My guess is, another step towards effeciency. Its been along time since Cary re invented the wheel n left us with a solid program for the Mast label.

What needs to be asked is can u get this with other heads as Mast ports heads now with Darin being there? (Darin has Programs for Many Many Many heads and figure he still does Some 1 off stuff that interest him).. I'll ask if wanted( is the custom port texture for all or just Mast)....
Right now
I'm into welded chamber's 4 Rowdy as to get to around 52 - 54cc from *62cc. Ls3 combos writen Just finish and Dyno.
But, Weld is cheaper < Than new pistons. Wanting to get around 14.0 min....°°°°° may as well build it up we're using Corn so I'd be stupid not to look for more comp.
Ls3 heads have been milled to *62cc also which comes to around 13.0.....
Fill the cylinder .... don't no if I posted here but did post on YB about me asking ER about Y he choose 2 use the Holley Hi Ram over the CID. As 1 of my pet peeves is if it's seen (head cfm #'s) with the intake off I want it Seen with it attached. ER made my choice 4 me & a Ls7 intake. CID takes many Moons to get whipped into shape. I'm not into $2k'ish efi intakes, don't love Hp that much. Holley can flow my peak #'s of 370'ish Easy. Hundreds cheaper being less labor intensive* Get the Taper Correct with the Holley Done! < From ER ... or better said fewer moons of working. Isn't that what it's all about, using what's available?

Asked Darin about welding from 62 to around 53 cc or so. Read where AI does welded chamber's for 317's for around $200. Wasn't or can't be the amount of filling I was wanting...P with BES said basically what Darin said on $.
Pistons sound better @ $800.
Welding is out of the question. That would hurt the heads because I can't heat treat. Plus it would cost about $1800.00 to do it.10cc is a HUGE amount of welding.
Takes me 16 hours to do that. It's cool.

Who'ed ever thought...a 6.0 & Ls3 heads would make 900 before 8500.
Before the 900 same engine

Top ends with Shawn. Wanted to measure and compare. Posted the ? Of runner height but was in the neighborhood. Pistons & cranking compression for the same short block was my ? with corn. Zach is a distributor of the pistons I've called about. 14.7 compression with 67 cc. Rowdy's at 62. Thought is the engine above with less cam on Corn. 263 @ cam .050 being the max for either cam. 260 as is for Ls3 heads and max comp 13 ish after, Shawn thru. 62 cc nets 13.0 with 0 deck hieght. Rowdy must have the Legal limit for Corn. So 14.5 min. for pistons. Carrillo covers that with room for cutting as it's a solid dome. Research before purchasing or Zach. Cool that he's a dealer. BTW Darth Uncle Jim retired... Sale tax exemption now gone.

I saw that last week. It is STD correction and running on MS109, which, props to them for laying everything on the table - but probably more like 750-760 whp SAE and regular non-oxygenated fuel. The fuel is going to add 10-20hp, and STD is ~3% higher than SAE.
Seriously very impressive, but not 800whp apples to apples with everything else out there. 700whp below SAE running pump gas with torco.

Just a 6.0 with a .100 over bore and 4 inch arm. Compression is as hi as they could get it 15 + My Whole thing is having Useable Hp so rpm must be below 8 grand. Not a race engine but a crazy street engine. Compression is free ....

Funny thing is there is Nothing special. Compression, S/R, & Ls3 heads. If you read the YB thread that's me asking about boring the lq a 100 over and how many can generally take that much over bore (got a spare bare lq). Dual 4500's is a Lot of fuel and air. Pretty sure it's filled.

Well have a few states to see so $......Shawn >SAM° has the heads for milling and looking over the geometry > 7/16 stud. He Did say the rockers looked good, measurements are better. Anyway Shawn's setting the head up. So I say this Qoute, may as well ($ to play) and it's in budget. Goes like this : we are just filling the cylinders? No Bottle Neck can be Seen! So.....
Zach I would like my FED ls3 heads flowed with the intake attached. I've got Chris Frank flow #'s as well as outside testing #'s from SAM from back in the day° Would like 360 to 370 cfm. I ported the plenum & match a 2 inch spacer. Adding more plenum with a spacer > What a SV 4500 lacks vs the CID amoung other things. But compression being 13'ish with 370cfm to the piston. I wanna know? I will pay. Cost ? Figure a $100.oo Wanted ? If my ls3 SV sees 370 with what I've done..... No reason for a CID, maybe even a Holley for my Ls7 heads. Peak # @ .700- 379 cfm .060 bore. FED Ls3 heads R Lower in cfm & larger port with #'s of: ( 299/212@.400 363/236@.600 371/247@.900 > this is from Flyin 811fwhp 418..... his builder tested his heads & we both used the same stg 1 heads.) Like this intake with dual 4500"s for Ls7 heads.
Welding required > ✓
I keep all the new stuff no need to go to Gen3 external Section.
