I'll have to take mine to the dyno and see what I'm putting down.
I'm going to the track this weekend with M/T d/r's to see what it'll do.
Shooting for 11.30's, car weighs around 4,000 lbs with me in it.
I can pretty much figure out the hp after I make some good passes with good drag radials. Best so far on Nitto's was 11.55 @ 119 but I had to pull alot of timing out of to get it to hook up off the line.

11-11.5 static compression. 238/242 xer lobes with 115+5. Good heads and exhaust. Works every single time. Drives with perfect manners. With a/c on or off.

We just finished a GTO that made 453rwhp on our Mustang dyno through IRS. It also had a pretty mild cam. I would think 500rwhp on a Dynojet would be relatively easy to achieve. This was using "out of the box" Dart heads.

We expect the 402/L92/L76 setup we're doing right now to be well north of 500.

500hp should be easy. i made 463hp 414tq w/a 346ci on a mustang dyno pump gas 11.0.1 comp. i'm doing a new build up either a 402ci w/AFR225 head,s tsp giant cam and a fast 90 intake. i would like to make 510-520ish hp on the same stang dyno. i'm also looking into the l92 418ci from tsp aswell.

My car has 11.96 to 1 compression and runs fine on 91 octane. It's all in the dynamic compression.

Slowhawk (or anyone for that matter), how do these end up sounding and driving? I don't want some beast that is hard to daily drive. Those cams look big, but do you guys get them to be manageable for a daily driver?

i have a 402 with a 250/258 .580 .580 108 lsa. With cnc ported ls6 heads, with a 90 setup with 42 lb inj. I havent dyno it yet, but i think i need to get some differ heads, i have 10.9.1 compression, but it dont like nothing but 93. the heads flow around 320cfm. but i dont think its enough, what do u all think?
