ive got 20 on the sides, 5 on the back, and 45 on the entire windshield. Its dark as ****, and wouldnt do it that dark again on the sides, but the windshield FTMFW

I about went there last night, and one of the "good" Hooters girls that usually works there wasn't working last night, she was at the same establishment I was instead

Go to Best window tint in West Des Moines off of Swanson Blvd. That is where I got mine done and I was very happy with it. I did a 20% on the back and 35% on the side windows.
And for everybody that can't decide where you guys want to go, Jason and I are going to just start hanging out wherever the hell we want to until they tell us to move and we will just move to the next spot and so on. I could care less what the business thinks about it!

Thanks for the help on the tint guys. I will give both of those places a call and go wherever it is cheaper .
Rodney and I plan on getting my cam swap done this coming weekend. I am getting pretty excited. Not sure when I am going to have time to get it out to Speed though. Not too thrilled about having to drive it on the stock tune but what does a guy a do? Haha. Hopefully it will be ok.

Iowa Sun Control is on Swanson. Best Window Tinting was on 104th between Douglas and Hickman but it is now in the same building with Iowa Sun Control. It moved there about a year ago.

I've had both my TA's done at over at Trim Design just off fuller in WDM. They use one giant sheet on the rear window (some places use 2 sheets) and they use 3M tint...which is the best IMO. I think it was like $160 for all 3 windows. They will tint at whatever you want. I did 5% on the back and I think about 35% on the sides. Only been hassled a couple times about it in 5 years....never got a ticket though...only warnings.

so Friday my car is getting some new o2 sensors and a flowmaster cat back...
then sunday she'll get a new paint job (my clear coat is bubbling up?) and i'm fixing my damaged rear panel that was hit...
anyways, i'm extremely excited.
oh and the drunk driver that hit me last May owes me close to 6k... the longer he takes to hand it over... the better... (this is the ONE time INTEREST is a good thing) he helped me turn my 4 year loan into a year and a half loan....
haha

Never did get my car out. WHen I was in town it was shitty weather and didnt want to get it out in the snow. Damnit.....

I checked out your profile.... you run CNC? I used to do that... I was the only girl on 3rd shift for 2 years.... I made parts for John Deere and Catapillar and drove the forklift and played with the crane... tough job

jaydub87 check your PM's. I sent you a link to a passenger side tail light that was for sale ebay. I was on fleabay searching for WS6 parts(wanting to get rid of my old stock parts) and ran across that tail light.
On a different note, I'm putting insurance back on the car this week, talks of 60 degree weather is making me anxious to stretch the ol girls legs out after a long cold winter

yeah its supposed to be 45 here today so i was hoping to get my car out this weekend and take it down to a shop that my buddy owns and scrape and paint the underside of my car...then i hear its supposed to snow and rain later this week. is it just me or is weather DUMB? and hey jaydub87...why don't you pay for my car to get painted too? mines black too so you'd just have to buy some extra paint and pay the labor...come on, you know you want to........come on
