http://www.slponline.com/view_product.asp?P=31067 Anyone know if one of these will fit directly in place of my Hooker muffler? I need a new muffler because the one I have blew a baffle out and rattles like a son of a bitch. Plus I know of 2 people in town that took those off their cars because they were too loud so I'm sure I can get a used one for cheap

Beast...get the heads/intake/TB to Al and have him do the port/polish and then send the heads to Jow so he can figure out CR and stuff! SHould be a great setup. Get a single 88mm turbo, your motor will be well suited to that, 76mm will be too small!!! Find someone to pick out a good cam for it....

I don't even think a 99+ecu and a '98 harness will work together correctly?(keep apples with apples if you know what I mean) Try to get me some head gasket volumes, and engine deck clearances, and lets see what you SCR will be?
And the best part is, I got all it for a KILLER price What headgasket and size do you reccomend I run? and I'll get that one then

Yup heads and IM will be going to him, I'm going with a Holley 90mm TB, so no porting is necessary on that. So you don't think an 88 will be to big and be laggy? Because I've learned from experience that turbo lag is a SOB. And The cam god himself said something along the lines of a 22X/22X .590/.583 115

Get ahold of a fuel cell company that make fuel cells and THERE OWN sending units, ask for an engineer and they should be able to help you. If not, I guess I could try for you, since you got me hooked up with imoan!

Guys that are recommending a 88 trim turbo; this is a street car with a stick. An 88 might be quicker, but it's going to be a lot less fun on the street without a big stall automatic.

And automatics suck. Yes, that's right, I said it, automatics suck, they're boring. Faster, sure, but boring. If I was going to build a bracket car, I'd build an automatic, if I'm going to build something for fun, sticks are the way to go. I believe Nick is of the same school of thought.

Why not put in another bulkhead, feed the wires through it and epoxy it closed. That will keep the wires from getting damaged, and be cheaper/easier than a 2 poll terminal. You could use a metripack on the inside as well. A -6 fitting will clear two 12 gauge wires.

Just a thought, that's the setup on my dual pump setup I'm putting together for the FC. Of course, a proper terminal is fancier, fo' sho'.

edit: and damn, that's a big fuel setup on a bike.

x2... Automatic for a street car = IMO... Race car, then it's a different story... Dr Turbo recommended a 76-82mm with a minimum .96ar

Hook me up with some prices. All t4 flanges, 76-82mm. I can get 76-78mm turbonetics for $1000. Is your phone back up and running?
