I was down in Indy for the Shootout. Pretty cool race, I like the NMCA Street stuff. Got a decent pull with my buddy's Supra also. Pretty nasty car.

Also, looking to change up my engine management. Make someone a great deal on a BS3, complete with front mount reluctor wheel trigger.

I'm going with an MS3 setup, but I'm curious how you mounted reluctor wheel and sensor. I figure Bill Davis can fab something nice up for me, but looking for ideas.

Troy,
Have you seen the holley hp or dominator stuff yet. The hp kit is not much more than ms3 but has more to offer imo. Chris and I have been running this for the past year with a lot of sucess. I can show it to you sometime if you want to check it out, I don't live to far away from you

It was mounted to the front of the ATI balancer. The pickup was on a "Kurt Urban Performance" brackets made for that combo, though, honestly it's fitment was only so-so, I had to modify it a bunch.

I am in the process of having a friend machine an adapter plater to use a 58x plate mounted to the balancer. I'll post pics when done

Thanks guys. I'm pretty much locked in to the Megasquirt. I have a cousin that does a lot of tuning using it and he's helping me for a heck of a price. The bulk of my expense will be LS1 coil packs (unless someone here has good, used ones to sell). I don't think I want to risk grabbing some from a junk yard.
Anyhow, I will be bolting the wheel to the front of an ATI balancer as well. I assume I'll need Bill to fab an aluminum spacer...

Sounds good, as for the coils don't be afraid of the junkyard stuff. Mine have 115,000 and have worked perfectly under boost.

Anybody looking for an LS1 throttle body setup for boost?

I'm upgrading to a 90mm setup and I have mine. No PCV port (it's filled with epoxy). V-band welded to the front, includes TPS/IAC and a 90* 4" aluminum elbow/v-band assembly. Has been ported.

Whole setup is painted wrinkle finish black. $75.00. That's pretty cheap considering.

Bill Davis was able to machine a nice piece to bolt down my reluctor wheel. I'm told he had about 3hrs into it. Next he's working on a sensor bracket for me.

Got my ProEFI, DBW TB/pedal, big box of sensors, LS2 intake and other goodies for this off season's upgrades.

Going to tweak the mounts on the rear end and clean up some stuff in the engine bay along with the ECU upgrades, then I need to take it up to Chicago and get it tuned.

Who has a good PDR guy in the area they recommend? I just picked up a new truck that needs a few spots attended to.

Any reason you chose to go from one average hard to tune ecm/software package to a more diffcult version. For the same money you could have a holley dominator system with all the same features, minus a few less important ones, plus have a built in datalogger and the ability to tune your own car.

Out of all places, 14/69 Auto Body did a great job getting two rather major dents out of my G8. Granted, this was 3 or 4 years ago, so not sure if the same guy is still doing it.
