Hey chris, do you still want these snow flake wheels? I also have a rear glass for a 4th gen i want out of my yard $20 takes it. Ls1 block, 7 good pistons and 6 good rods, set of 5,7 ls1 heads with valve covers (1 bent valve), 5.3 intake, truck manifolds, 02 camaro manifolds and ypipe(cat delete), truck oil pan, LS1 coils and more. Ill take $200 for all the LS base parts i have.

There should be more info coming real soon, but index classes is alot like old school heads up racing. To win you need to cut a light and run close to the index without going under. We don't know what the classes will be yet, but most tracks will start with around five classes ( 1/8 mile 5.80, 6.20, 6.60, 7.00, & 7.50 - 1/4 mile 10.50, 11.00, 11.50, 12.00, 12.50 ). Understand I have no idea what they have planned, I am just giving you an example of index. We don't know what tree they will use, we don't know if they will run 1/8 or 1/4 mile. I'm sure they will have TNT, I hope so.

hey wayne, what kind of tree have we been running, where you get 3 sequential yellows then green? i watch the pros and their three yellow lights light up all at once then green.

The pros use whats called a pro tree. All three yellow lights light up at one time then green.

A full tree is three yellows and then green and is the tree used in bracket racing and some class racing. A pro tree is really one yellow then green they just light all of the yellows at once. Two types of pro trees a 400 and a 500. The one you mostly see is a 400 pro tree. The 500 pro tree is mostly seen in the slower index stuff say 7.50 1/8 mile or 12.00 1/4 mile and slower. Index stuff is ok but really don't like say a 10 flat index car using a trans brake and throttle stop stuff to run a 12 flat index. If you really get serious about pro tree index racing you will most likely use a different suspension setup which most of the time will slow your et down to get reaction times down. If Red river runs index classes most likely they will have to run together like we did at LSX shootout. Which is a 11 flat car running a 12 flat car on a delayed tree just like bracket racing but on a pro tree.

Is it expensive? Is it something I can just show up and do like TNT? I cant devote any weekends due to the suck *** hours I work. I dont want to sign up for anything and hardly ever make it. Wont they be harder on tech inspection for events like that? I should cut a really high 11sec pass next time out, and I am not ready to buy any kind off cage or bar.

Normally its a $25 buy in or $40 depending on the purse and they will usually do a $10 buy back in the 1st and/or 2nd rounds. You would like it Chris and you have the chance of making a lil cash at the end of the night also. I used to run it alot on my bike and had it dialed in pretty good. If you sleep at the light or spin I always had the option of using a lil extra gas to make it up.

who cares if i've deleted **** outta my car? its my car, i'll do what I please. should make it closer if u ask me since we all know my car is heavier to start with. but, a win is a win, and right now its 2-0. with the 6spd still the champ. if u want to race something that's closer to you're weight, you should be racing nitrobusa, or josh.
