Well to be honest with all the bullshit that went on in here I don't bother anymore. Not worth the hassle for me to try and offer to a crowd who doesn't appreciate it. Well sell engines all over North America and the World but the NW has 100,000 expert engine builders so it isnt worth the hassle. Guys who have never machined a block in their life or go by what ever Lingenfelter does know more than my builder does
So why would I bother?Best bang for the buck is a 408. You can make anywhere from 450-600+ at the rear wheels n/a depending on how you build it. Our 408's start at $4200 for the short and run to $6650 for a short full race ready solid roller 408.
Want my advice.. ditch the n2o or boost and go with cubic inches. A lot more dependable and less expensive in the long run.

hey chris I don't care what anyone say about you all your trying to do is help out as much as you can, and try to gives us the best deal that you can come up. I liked talking to you about motors cause that's all you do, is build motors. You gave me alot of information on things I didn't know and help me out trying to figure things out with my car. So anyways you got my vote. Lol... Oh and I would go bugger cubes but I want the gas mileage to stay some what the same. That's why I want the N20.
I've only talked a couple of times, but you seem like a stand up guy. U're getting my business when I get to building up the engine...Unless you got some spare 9" rear ends laying around? 
Thats where Im stuck at now. I'd like to come check out your shop sometimes. Just keep doing what U're doing

I've been at work since 6pm, dont get off till 6am...I might get there tomorrow....but the wife is trying to drag me to tacoma so my son can see his grand parents for his birthday.

Well I didn't break any land speed records last night but nothing broke on the car and I drove her home afterward so it was a good night of racing. I did manage a new PB of 125.78mph though, so that was ok.
Overall I think the track was just a bit too cold for what the car wanted/needed to hook decent. Ironically, my best launch of the night and I missed 3rd gear, but still managed an 11.38. I think that run would have been a real low 11...... Did end up running a string of 11-teens.

11.15 @ 125.64
11.17 @ 125.75
11.19 @ 125.78
11.25 @ 125.17
I'm debating making a few changes to the car and heading out again tonight. Not sure how many "weather permitting" days of racing we'll have before the season is gone.
On a side note, I think Eric got a new PB last night. Good seeing you and Tyler again.

Nice work Mike! I think I watched 4 of your 5 last night. Still looks like you are having some traction issues getting out of the hole. Isnt that about all thats keepin you out of the 10's? Hey one word though for you man... CONSISTENCY!!

Eric ran a 12.5x on the motor I think. He only made a couple passes and wasn't spraying to my knowledge.
I didn't get a chance to meet the guy in the teal car.

Eric and Mikes cars are running strong! the guy with the teal camaro was running 11.7-11.8 on nitrous, stock tranny but I think he said he runs a lil faster, his bottle was low or something.

hey it was awesome seeing such a strongf body showing out last night! iwish my car wasnt injured..there was alot of fast cars ou last night
hey tyler lemme kno what you want for the bushing and when i can come out and pick it up bud i think i will just roll that bushing for a little bit untll i man up and get a poly bushing. did you manage to knock down a 12.8? that black stang with 20' shelby rims seemd a lot faster than i remeber seeng him awhile ago did you endup racing him?

I didn't get the 12.8 I ran a couple more 12.9a and 13.0 but I'm still spinning all 4 gears down the track lol

That's the trade off with cold weather. We even prepped the track pretty good for the Heads Up Northwest guys that pretty much didn't show up.
