I went to Sandy Suburban Chevrolet today and test drove a 2010 SS M6 Camaro....I'm really glad I finally got a chance to test drive one of these because it really made me appreciate the F-Body (and my WS6) more then I already do. Don't get me wrong these are nice cars but I wasn't impressed with the power nor how it shifted. Plus to me it's more like driving a luxury car rather then a sports car...that sports car feel just wasn't there. Just thought I would throw this out there...made me proud and glad to be a F-Body owner

Nice! I drove an auto one and really like it but wish it was an m6 lol.

I just think the quality and feel of the car is just better and more refined. Plus the interior and features are awesome.

But there's no way I will give up my fbody

I also went to the local dealership. The refinement was more of a sedan than a sports car. I just did not get the same feeling as when i step into my ws6 or a ss.

I agree my car feels more powerful and more like a muscle car than the 5 gen, I think it's so nice cause It's the nicest car I've ever driven lol

Yup! My WS6 would eat a stock 2010 SS up. Those things weigh a ton. Now throw some suspension, LT's and a blower on one and it would be a different story. But that's way too much $$$ for me wanting to spend. I'd have a C5 Z06 or C6 parked in my garage before the Camaro.

Yeah my ws6 feels like its gonna fly away compared to the new camaros. I would say dollar to horsepower the 5th gen is not cost productive.
