Default Best of the newer gen birds...
Okay guys. Time for another poll.

What is the best year for the newer gen (98+) Firbirds and T/As? I know that there were not many major differences between the birds, but I'm still curious to see what you guys think is the best year. I myself think that the 01 is the best newer bird because it didn't have the EGR and also had a different cam. What do you guys think?

2001 and 2002 were the best model years for the LS1

i would have to say 02 its the sam as the 01 but i like the 02 because thats the year i have.

On the 2002 Formula they made all the options I wanted standard. I only ordered the chrome wheels as an option.

2001 because they came with Goodyear eagle so it’s a good year and it’s an eagle loool

2002 The Collectors Edition Is my favorite and they brought silver back (2nd best for last)

2002 cars got bigger fuel injectors, better valve springs, better clutch for 6 speed cars, a switch that turns off the ac compressor faster when you go wide open throttle (ac compressor lives longer) and they are the last year made. What more could you want?... a Ferrari maybe?

No love for the 98's?! I like my bigger injectors, and the ex-cam. But then again, I did have EGR and the LS1 intake, oh oh, and a dumb computer. 98 FTW!
