Does anyone know the weight of what a fully stripped trailer queen 4th gen f-body can get down to for road racing? I am talking about lexan windows with fiberglass hatch, doors, hood etc...

VFN makes fiberglass doors. I did not want to go extreme with roof, quarters and planned on keeping the lights for night track days so I would be fine with pin on hatch, hood and full lexan, with fiberglass doors.

I may get rid of the windows and locks altogether and do a net I have seen some nice road racing cages that utilize hollowed out doors with the side bars going all the way into the doors.

Put in a braille battery @30 pounds savings over stock (2nd gen), and @50 savings over a battery in trunk setup (added cable, tray, hold downs, bolts and other stuff).
Other weight savers:
AC-delete
Lexan
Forged wheels (some 17x9.5 centerlines weigh around 21 pounds)
headers + "race" exhaust (bare minimum to stay legal-not full length)
Brakes with aluminum hub/iron hat (Wilwood is an example)- may not be that big a difference on 4th gen, but it is 25 pounds per corner on a 2nd gen)
Manual trans, vs. Auto - manual setup is definitely lighter and more durable.

Mine is down to 3050 with me in it (165lbs) and full tank of gas. Glass front and rear windows. Gutted doors. NO dash at all. Homemade wiring harness. Full cage with NASCAR drivers side and x-bars passenger side. 18lb battery.
Could save even more with a 4 speed or 5 speed tranny. And a 9inch rear with aluminum center section.
