Going to the pick and pull today to get the non power seat out of a V6 Mustang then going to put my factory drivers seat on it. Since no one can ride behind me cause im so tall, i took the seat belt out of the drivers side rear seat. Spare tire and jack are out, fuse box covers are out, sun visers are out, gas door is off, front license plate and screws are out, coil covers are off and a few other things. I'm wondering if there's a way to make my power mirrors manual like the old fox bodies? Also, has anyone ever cross drilled their own rotors?

Dude I had to put $800 down to buy this thing, I cant afford to do it "right" right now. I'm either going to sale my 20" Rockstars or sale the rimz off the Mach and put my Rockstars on it. Which ever sales first. Then I'll have some money to buy nice stuff for the car. There's nothing wrong with my free mods.

Depending on the source, dyno, etc... it looks like around 280+/- all day long.

If you want a realistic comparison of what a particular car can do, why bother talking about "average" times? If I'm trying to figure out if I can beat somebody, I wanna know what they can do on a great day. Stopsign ran a 13.2 with just an H-pipe and a shifter. His first time at the track with that car. So it isn't much of a stretch to imagine that a good driver in good conditions with some practice couldn't equal that time minus the ~5hp that the H-pipe gives.
I would never use those ultra rare high 12sec passes as reason to call a stock LS1 a "high 12sec car" because in reality, probably 95% or more of them run mid-low 13's @ 104-107. If Mach 1's were *solid low 13 second cars it would be the norm to see them do that especially out here where our local tracks are some of the country's fastest (hands down on the west coast) where we see the best conditions (sea level, negative DA) but like S8ERZ said its pretty rare to see them do that. They're mid 13sec cars for all but the best driver in the best conditions. Isn't the fastest documented record time for a Mach 13.1x?? That should tell you something right there.

OK then stock LS1's run high 12's @ 108-110 and LT1 SS's run mid-low 13s because that's what a FEW have done so therefore those times should be what we base the performance off of.

Comparing two cars, you want to know what the car IS POSSIBLY CAPABLE OF, therefore you overestimate and see what happens.

Btw....who's crying? All I see is mach owners trying to justify their small *****.

No **** Sherlock, that was exactly my point. When comparing two cars you don't compare the fastest unicorn times, because only 5% of cars will run those times. So that's pointless. If I'm comparing an LS1 to anything I won't compare it as a 12sec car simply because a few guys have managed to run that number, and 95% never will. Heck, most places will NEVER see the kind of air/track conditions it takes to run bottom 13s in a Mach 1, hence why just about every stock run you see is in the MID 13's. Why is that so hard to swallow? So again, using the fastest times for comparison is pointless.
