Hello all... Just wanted to note that I was the camera operator in the videos, and sorry for the bounciness... I was videoing like Michael J. Fox...
Kevin's car is a good runner.. He is doing a good job at getting every horsepower possible to the ground with his setup.. pretty efficient if you ask me. And there are more things he can tweak to get some more out of it.
Much respect to his car.![Mr. Cool](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_cool.gif)

I think its safe to say that running 7.75 in the 1/8th at 87 mph would yield a low 12 sec pass. Even if he back half'd only 22 mph (which is on par with n/a 4v's) then that would mean 109mph. That is a low 12 sec pass. You can argue it all you want but his car is a low 12 sec ride.
Oh and you can run radial fronts with a bias ply tire. Plenty of people do it. My car goes straight as an arrow with it. Sounds like another behind the fence expert.

Both my cars have radials on the front and bias ply's on the rear for the track, only time mine sways is when the rear tires are too low on pressure. I haven't had that problem in many years because I keep tabs on my pressure before I make a pass.

That was a hell of a ride.
I've only ran bias on front and radial on rear. I have had other friends do radial on front and bias on rear with fine results.....and I've seen it not be so good. I can get really bad really quick. I just stated NHRA rules.
