Were you running 18 intake? It mentions intake on YouTube. What headers? Converter? Thank you

Can honestly say Pray has taught me a shitload on the platform and we have all progressed through much testing/tweaking etc. Maybe my OCD'ness for datalogging and details helped some of the the cause too. LT platform is doing very well NA right now. Biggest holdback is obviously needing dual Port/DI fueling.

Nanner went a best of 11.27@121.5 with boltons. E85 did not help MY car much as I stated before. Others have gained a little more but mine was tweaked to death and the 93 side was already hot. Gained 6rwhp same day same dyno showing up on 93 octane and 1/8th tank. did the pulls and drove 25miles to the nearest e85 station and filled up tank drove back to dyno. Both 93 and E85 pulls were hot. 6rwhp. So at the track, i may have gotten a tenth or 1.5 tenths at the MOST from it. Probably closer to a tenth over 93. Just never got the hard data because I wasn't driving 2hrs to the 1/4 track and wasting runs on 93 octane. 28mph backhalf in dat bitch doe

Here is vid of the 11.27 run

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyOvI0hce4A

On another note.. the C8 Vette is pure sex...and that is only the base model Stingray. I anticipate the GS/Z06 variants will be unreal awesomesauceness. I am having a hard time right now deciding if I want to get a base Stingray and trade again when GS/Z06 come out.. or just wait a year or so for them to work bugs out and dealers get out of their greedy adm mode(I refuse to even pay msrp for a car, let alone additional markup)

Wheres that guy who said no one in here has gone faster than him in a bolt on 5.0???? Quicker and faster! Nice poppa

I'm right here. You clearly havent been paying attention. You notice he didnt quote me for a reason right? Ask him if his car had OPG and crank gears. Go ahead.

I concur that OPG is internal mod.

PS. You want to do a heads up slip bet for 2019? You're TT GTO vs WhiteWhale © for $20USD?

I'd be interested in GLD in the spring. A couple hours closer to me and it's a pretty cool track. (doesn't have to be a rental, just make hits at a TnT)

You’re correct - not a bolt on

I wasn’t aware he installed OPG, didn’t mention in the video when asked about mods. My error, no hypocrisy

Note the C8 at the unveiling was a Z51 which has a lot more upgrades then Z51's on previous generations. It's no longer just a handling package. You get more power, suspension, wheel/tire, interior upgrades...etc. the car everybody is seeing is actually going to be a lot more money then the sub 60k price they are talking about for a base C8. Not saying the C8 isn't a bargain for the base price but it would of been nice if the Z51 price was mentioned at the unveiling. My guess is the Z51 is 75k + still not bad for what you are getting but I believe people have that 60k price and the red Z51 car in their minds.

Show us on the doll where the OPG touched you. It’s not a bolt on, it’s not a power mod. It’s like me saying a c6z06 is not a bolt on car because owner took OEM head off just to replace guides or whatever it is that fails on them. Still a bolt on car.

Man the OPGs have been a saving grace talking point for the LS faithful pretty hilarious for a part that doesn't affect power output at all and is for reliability, like putting a Ford 9" in instead of running a 10 bolt.

Doesn’t SXC have rockers? Which means he’s not bolt ons neither! So him and poppa are good comparison after all.

If he doesn’t have rawkers then disregard.
