does anyone know if its possible to powdercoat chrome a clear coat top? So no polishing will ever have to be done to the CME tips ever again.

I'm not a fan of Chrome, but you did a real nice job of tying everything together.

Is the chrome on the strikers really going to last for long?

Nice job man...any reason putting the coils down below and not under the dash gaurd?

It's looking like I'm not going to sell my car, and that being the case I'm going to rip into it this winter. One thing I haven't seen anyone do is relocation the ABS block down to where the air pump was. I'm relocation the PCM and Fuse Box inside the car...getting rid of AC...relocate coils under dash...coolant catch can under current battery location...relocate battery to back....re-wire the entire engine bay...then really start getting into body work and paint..accenting everything with Graphite Metallic. Hard to do everything NBM and black and it still look good. I like old school looks too where you only see block and fender wells...nothing else..hence when i want EVERYTHING gone! At least that's the current plan.

Here's where I'm at now....

cool. yeah there's a big reason why i put the coils down by the air pump. there's no point to invest in nice chrome/polished valve covers if you're still going to have the wires overlaping on to them and covering the valve covers.know what i mean? that's why i put them down below. that way the wires are nice and ran down below and dont cover up anything. I'll get some close up pics on the wire set up.

here is some info on relocating the fuse boxes. who knows, it might help you if you run into a snag between start and finish.
