You guys should ask 02 WS6 TA from LS2.com how he performed his cars modifications or what he actually did. Considering he claims to put down 397rwhp and 384rwtq with a completely stock LS1 motor w/ stock manifolds, MTI lid, K&N air filter, Granatelli mass air, Mac Off road y-pipe, Corsa exhaust, and LS1 edit tuning done by himself!

400rwhp/400rwtq is not possible on an internally stock, bolt-on LS1 with no power adder. Plain and simple. End of story.

I think if he ever reveals the price of the "x" package it will suddenly become the "y"
package.

I doubt it as well. I have seen 390's on a Z06 with Kooks, Vararam, and a good exhaust. If you threw the whole kitchen sink at it (electric water pump, no belt, etc... ) you could go over 400 at the wheels, but that was a z06 as well to start with.

I sure hope your not thinking its hard for a Z06 to hit 400rwhp with bolt ons. You can definetly get there easily "no kitchen sink required" .

BUT its WAY easier for an 2002+ to get there than a 2001 model. The one you saw was probably an 01, but like you mentioned it still has a 400rwhp potential with bolt ons .

This puts me back to the topic of the thread.. how the heck is that guy running 400rwhp on an fbody with bolt ons? OKAY OKAY OKAY, ill give him a break on the HP figures.. DEAR GOD just explain the 400rwtq..

I'm glad! He makes my day everyday when he says that he is gonna bust my *** on his stock motor alone!

You should really go over to LS2.com and see the Panama City Gang sub-forum of the in the Florida section. He posts there quite frequently and will also speak of this bs there. However he has yet to ever produce a dyno sheet or any of his so called 11 second time slips that he has bragged on many times! The best we have ever observed has been 12.7 @109 with 2.0 sixty foot time! He also claims that he went 112mph that day on one pass but no one saw it!

He could silence everyone with just a bit of proof.

But he has none.

Sad.

The car was dyno'd in 5th gear.
I also think some funny fuel was used.

Man i sure wish I could bump into those kinda people.. I love messing with clowns like this all the time.

"12.7 @109 with 2.0 sixty foot time! He also claims that he went 112mph that day on one pass but no one saw it!"

Damn not only is this guy a clown but hes a creative one too! Why dont you ask him "What happened to the 112mph time-slip?" and right before he even tries to answer ask him "Did you lose it?" I bet he will say yes . Hahaha...

its funny how some people ask what you ran in the 1/4 mile, or what you dynoed and then just start inflating there numbers like they have bigger ***** or something.

He has no slips that back any of his claims except that his 12.7 pass. He has even been busted out by people for saying that his 12.7 pass was a bone stock pass too! He went on LS1.com back in the day and claimed that his bone stock 02 WS6 went 12.7@109 bone stock! He is a clown!

Wow! I lose my Internet connection for a couple days and I get crucified. I must be a glutton for punishment to jump back into this lions den of non-believers. I don't have much time as I have been unusually busy with the business lately. Lets see if I can wade through all the real B.S. and find the legitimate questions that deserve answers.

Your right, Thanks for the update. Now we will have to get the Speed Engineering car down to Pete's raceweight and see if we can't pick up a tenth. We don't like to give up accys or drivability, so it won't be easy but I think we can do it.

Spin rumor from people that were there suggest different fuel was used and the car was dynoed in 5th gear. Can you post the run showing the speed to prove this rumor wrong?

I might be wrong but i thought that a bone stock WS6 has gone a fastest of like a 12.56 or somethin. I might be wrong but i'm pretty sure the record for the fastest stock F-body is around there somewhere. So in panama at sea level a 12.7 could be possible don't you think?
