It should make 900 I would think. My 408 combo with a slightly bigger cam (248/258) on 17 psi went 152 mph at 4100lbs. Calculators put that around 1000.

You've got more cubes, more compression and rec. port heads.

I've got slightly more cam and more blower. But I would think it would be pretty close at around the same psi.

383 ls6 block, AI 226 cc heads, cam is very similar to the brute speed cam, fast 102, 102 tb, 1 7/8 headers, mufflex y and 4" exhaust, 80lb injectors, lonnies dual pump kit, f1 with 8 rib, 12 lbs, 4l80, 12 bolt with 3.73's. Compression is around 10 to 1. Any guesses on what this thing will make? I am hoping for 680 plus at the wheels.

I would guess you'll exceed that by a fair bit.

My 383ci with 1-3/4 headers, hooker cat back, smaller cam, 10:1 compression makes 616 on 8#'s of boost. Bigger exhaust and 12 #'s should be in the 700 + hp.

Okay, way off topic, but I didn't want to start another thread, and figured since there are a ton of Procharger guys in here, I'd just ask here. What would be a "ballpark" figure for a used D1SC/front mount intercooler Procharger setup for my f-body? This would not include any fueling components, like pump(s) or injectors. Looking to see how much a complete setup is going to put me back.

You can put together a FMIC setup with a red race valve for under $700. Overall with the price of a used D1SC, you can piece together an entire kit for around $3200-4000 depending on what deals you can find on some of the components. PM me and i'll give you some pointers.

I paid $2500 or $2800 for a used fl with a front mount intercooler, red race valve, cog pulleys, and old epp support brackets. The only thing not new from that is the headunit. Couldn't use the cog pulleys and ordered a new procharger front mount and red race valve to make sure I didn't run into any issues.

Thanks guys. I was estimating $4,000 or so. Looks like if I take my time I can get piece one together for less than that.

I have most of the parts hat make up these kits at the above link, in case you don't find everything used that you need. If you want a copy of the installation instructions, send me an e-mail to brutespeed@gmail.com requesting them, and I'll e-mail them to you. Bob

Thanks Bob. I'm methodically saving my money as we speak. My on the side vehicle detailing business has been booming as of late. Nothing like working a full 8 hour day and then coming home and averaging 4 to 5 vehicles a week. It will all be worth it when I've got all my parts though.

Bob, I see a lot of cars on this post, remove the mass air... Or it looks like they are removing it... Is there a way to remove it? Or do you need to go to another computer system? Sure does give extra room...
