i called them and 2 days later it was at my door. awesome customer service and the shifter itself is GREAT! had a hurst before the MGW and WOW the difference is unreal. in my opinion the MGW shifts are shorter, more precise, and just all out better. its badass. i am excited to drive the car again!

got mine in today.. well actually i drove a hour to ups to pick it up only for them to tell me they lost it on a truck. So after about a hour of "searching" i told them, i have worked at ups and i know its on a truck and I'll go out there myself and that i was not leaving the building till i got my package. 20 min later they report they have found it and they are bringing it to the office. So i raced home to put it in only to find that this shifter is the biggest POS and that i got ripped...

Jk This shifter is amazing and can't wait till its broken it, This shifter is like sex.... wow what a difference.

I cannot find where to buy this shifter anywhere.

I emailed MGW and they said they don't make camaro shifters?

I have a GTO t56 that I will be changing the offset bracket and MGW sounds like the best shifter out there for F-body stuff!

Youve got to CALL them. Its said plenty of times in this thread. Make sure you are emailing MGW Ltd. There is another company out there called MGW.

I use the stock H shifter. Looks almost stock aside from it being shorter and still works good.

Talking to me or reject?

Regardless, I didnt ask about it. Some things I would ask and others I wouldnt. Considering I didnt pay sales tax on it, I didnt. I only tried to get out of paying sales tax around Ft Campbell.

This has been an interesting read, i live in NZ & have a camaro box & C5 LS1 in my 90 Commodore, it will not engage 3rd when at the Drags on sticky tyres.
Can someone show me a pic of what the standed F Body shifter looks like from the top as i'm a bit dubious as to the offset Goldbit on the MGW, in other words i need to verify that i do accually have an F Body shifter in my car so i can order 1 of these.
Cheers guys

I wouldnt mind but its about 40 degrees outside right now and Id have to pull off the console again to show you. Unless you just want to see how it sits on there without the shift boot on. Let me know.

Forgot you guys are heading for winter lol. Yea just without the boot, i'm hoping it will give me a better idea as to whether it is indead an F Body, My car is a Holden with a Camaro box. The a/f market shifters they use here & Aust have a different base plate, would be like your earlier Holden/Pontiacs, mine looks similar underneath as to the MGW base plate but can't dismantel till next week as i'm club circuit racing on Sunday.
Thanks for any help here.
