Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a stock 04-06 GTO differential? I need a side adjuster out of one. I'd be willing to buy the whole diff at this point though.

Chris,

What wheels did you get?

J-Rod,

Truck looks great. Those seats keep confusing me.

Sweet, blingin' hard. Looking forward to seeing some pictures.

Here's a shot of my new motor mounts. Old, big bulky setup on top. New, C6 based setup on the bottom:

Thanks Chris. Yeah the cage install sucks. Still glad I did it myself though. I can atleast say that. Welds may not be professional but they'll work. I borrowed my buddies miller 220v deal cause my hobart 110V wasn't cutting it. Still have a lot more to do not only on the interior but other **** so I'm not planning to have it out till juneish.

Evan, brackets worked great had to do some more grinding after I cut them at your place, but I figured that. Thanks again for letting me come out and use your bandsaw. It made fabricating those much easier.

If that's the case, Blake should abandon work on yours so he can finish mine!

Hard to drive a car that wouldn't start 50% of the time.

As soon as the car left me stranded (and attempted to kill me) was when Blake figured out the problem. As soon as it was fixed I drove over 1000 miles in a week.

Then I killed the clutch, heyyyoo!

LOL, we're still going to give you **** on that regardless, hombre.

Not starting, weakass excuse. Push start that ****.

BTW, my car is all put back together, so we should be able to get the 10AE over in the next week or two to get it sorted out. Just need to clean up my garage first.

Anybody weld a sump or have one welded into their factory fuel tank? what did you do about the baffling? Any issues with starvation with less than a 1/3 of a tank? I'm on the edge between buying a purpose built sumped fuel tank, or having a custom sump put into my factory tank.

Along with that first question, Need suggestions for inlet and outlet fittings. -10 outlet -8 return, or -8 outlet -6 return? I'm not 100% sure on what i'll be using for fuel pumps, but Beast suggested some bosch 044's.

3rd question- Whats your opinions on boost with compression ratios of pistons? some are saying that the old way (out of date) of doing it, is to drop the compression ratios of the motor so you can add more boost and timing. ( this will add more heat to the intake as you have to compress more air, and it also sucks more HP to drive the SC.

Some say run 10/1 compression, run less boost and still have the same power output. with more mechanical compression by the cylinders, you will make more h.p. per pound of boost and have less parasitic losses.
